Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced with particular attention from start to finish. The olives are hand picked from the beginning in October, once picked they are taken immediately to the Frantoio (Pressing plant) where we use the process of Cold pressing without the use of Heat or Chemicals, a traditional process giving Oil of the highest possible quality and taste. Our farm is situated several hundred meters above sea level with a climate such that we do not have problems with the parasites that can occasionally cause infection in the olives, therefore we do not need to use chemicals or other treatments on the olive trees allowing our Olives to grow completely naturally.

Peach Jam

For many years on our farm  we have cultivated two very old varieties of peach: “Regina di Londa”, which has a white flesh and a pleasant aroma, and “Guglielmina”, which has a yellow flesh and is sweet and juicy.
Our ancestors pioneered the peach cultivation in this uncontaminated corner of Tuscany. The tradition of the family has continued  through generations. The work has always been to produce quality fruit, and plants are still cultivated in a natural way, without the use of any chemicals.
Now we are using our freshly picked fruit to produce two “confetture” conserving  the perfume, aroma and traditional taste of the peaches, without any chemical additive.
The “confetture” are perfect for breakfast, for dessert and as an accompaniment to cheeses such as “pecorino” fresh or mature.
